At Postbox Cards & Parties our money back guarantee means that if you wish to return the goods for a full refund within 30 days of payment, you can - no quibbles!

Refunds will include your original postage charge for the item, but we regret we cannot refund postage costs for returns. A full refund will be given when we receive the items in their original packaging and in the same good condition they were sent.

Cancellation of order
